Letter from the Volunteer Group: 

 

Thank you for your support of the Autism Academy P3 – West Valley Campus!

 

As you may know, the Autism Academy P3 is an all-volunteer extension of Autism Academy, representing the parents and school as a whole. The “P3” (which stands for Parent Partnership Program) is an IRS recognized 501(c)3 charitable organization. Our goal is to not only support the students but offer parents a feeling of belonging through school support, community building events, enrichment activities, and fundraising.

 

For the West Valley Campus, the P3 is happy to sponsor and organize for students and staff the following events annually:

• Trunk or Treat (October)

• Staff Holiday Potluck (December)

• Teacher Wish List Drive (January)

• Friendship Dance (February)

• Para-professional Luncheon (April)

• Teacher Appreciation Week (May)

 

The West Valley P3 fundraises to pay for these events and drives through a variety of ways including:

• School Spirit T-Shirt & Sweatshirt Sales (through Bonfire.com)

• Flamingo Flocking

• Community support programs with companies like Fry’s Food and Amazon Smiles

• Restaurant partnership nights (to be announced throughout the school year)

• Holiday Honeybaked Ham Fundraiser (November/March)

• Box Tops for Education

• Direct Donations (receipts provided for tax records)

 

The West Valley P3 has a Facebook page parents are encouraged to join and can always be reached by email at P3WestValley@gmail.com. Thank you for your willingness to be part of building a great school! We hope you will consider donating your time, ideas and or funds which directly support our Autism Academy students and staff.
